The Minto Group constructed a two-tower condominium complex in the heart of midtown Toronto, with the two phases being completed in July, 2007 and October, 2008 respectively. The complex is collectively known as the “Minto Midtown,” and consists of the Quantum I or “Quantum Southand the Quantum II or “Quantum North.” Situated at 2181-2191 Yonge Street, the Minto Midtown lies just south of Eglinton Avenue and has become one of the city’s most recognizable and desirable residential addresses.

The Minto Midtown is ideally located in Davisville Village, just steps from the Yonge Eglinton Centre, and lies within easy walking distance of the neighbourhood’s world-class collection of cafes, coffee houses, restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars, shops and boutiques. Both locally owned and major chain grocery stores are located throughout the neighbourhood. While the Yonge and Eglinton area is particularly popular with young working professionals, people across all age and demographic ranges call the Minto Midtown home.

Public transportation is easily accessible from the Quantum towers, with the Eglinton TTC subway station located across the street. Local and express buses run regularly along both Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue, and connections to the Don Valley Parkway, Highway 400 and Highway 401 are just minutes away by car.

Building Profile

The Quantum II has 54 residential storeys and houses a total of 538 individual suites, with the penthouse suites residing on the top floor only. Suite sizes range from approximately 700 square feet for a 1-bedroom unit to about 4,000 square feet for a luxurious penthouse.

A total of six elevators service the building, and to provide residents with superior efficiency, specific elevators are assigned to specific floors.

The Minto Midtown towers are, by a considerable margin, the tallest buildings in the area. South-facing units in the upper floors of the Quantum I and Quantum II enjoy a spectacular view of the downtown skyline. Jethro Seymour, a leading Toronto realtor specializing in midtown real estate, will be happy to provide you with up-to-the-minute pricing information and sales trends for the Quantum II.
