The Minto Group constructed a two-tower condominium complex in the heart of midtown Toronto, with the two phases being completed in July, 2007 and October, 2008 respectively. The Quantum II also uses a sub-metering system is used to help control utility costs. Each suite is assigned a uniform monthly bill that covers heat, hot water and cold water. Common elements fees are calculated based on the square footage of each individual suite.


The building’s pet policy breaks down as follows: there is a maximum of one dog per suite, and there is no limit on cats so long as they are contained within the unit. Parking spaces and lockers are owned and deeded, and the current market value of a parking spot in the building is $40,000 to $60,000 in 2012.
