Home sales decreased in Davisville Village

Monthly Update

Out of 12 homes listed in January, only three properties changed hands, which represents a 57.1% drop from last year’s seven sales. Of the three sales, two are detached homes that sold at an average dollar value $1,599,500, a 23% increase over January 2017’s $1,300,000. Three semis were listed; however, none have sold.

A three-bed, three-bath home on Hillsdale Avenue was the highest valued that sold in January, listed and sold for $1,829,000. The two-and-a-half story home that stood on a 28 x 135-foot lot was sold after just one day on the market.

On the other hand, the lowest priced was a lovely two-bed, two-bath bungalow on Manor Road East that I sold for $1,349,000 - 114% over its listing price and sold after five days on the market.
