Monthly Update
An 81.8% decrease in homes sold was recorded for the month of February in Lawrence Park. From February 2017’s 11 detached home sales, only two detached were sold within the same month this year. The average dollar value of the two homes also dropped 30.6% to $2,887,500 compared to last year’s $4,159,909. No semis were sold in Lawrence Park in February.
Yearly Update
For the first two months this year, seven detached homes changed hands in Lawrence Park in the month of February 2018 – a 41.7% drop from last year’s 12 homes. The average dollar value of these homes also dropped 16% from February 2017’s $4,019,500 to $3,377,857. To date, no semis have been sold in Lawrence Park.
