As of November 4, 2023, there are only six homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $1,795,000  for a semi-detached home in  Clair Ave East (44 days on the market) to $7,595,000  for a detached home in Rosedale Heights Drive (49 days on the market).

Last month, only two homes were sold in Moore Park. The highest-selling home is a detached 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom property on Inglewood Drive. It occupies a 41.99 x 120-foot lot with a private driveway and it sold for $4,995,000, which is 100% of its asking price.  The second highest-selling home featured a detached 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property on Rose Park  Drive. It occupies a 33.25 x 144.83-foot lot with a right-of-way and 1 detached garage. It sold for $3,175,000, which is 95% of its asking price.  

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,050,000 for a detached home and $1,350,000 for a semi-detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
