As of September 4, 2019, there is only one home available in the Moore Park area, a relisted semi-detached home on Moore Avenue (13 days on the market) which is selling for $1,599,000.
Last month, only one home sold in Moore Park, a detached 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on a 37.5 x 150-foot lot with a private drive and garage on Welland Avenue. It sold 6 days after it was listed for $2,405,000, or 100% of the original listing price.
Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $1,700,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
