Rosedale Home Sales Statistics for April 2020 | Jethro Seymour, Top Toronto Real Estate Broker


As of January 31,  2024, there are 10 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, ranging in price from $2,500,000 for a detached on Crescent Road Coach H (15 days on the market) to $16,500,000 for a detached home on Chestnut Park Road (113  days on the market). This includes the six homes that have been listed for more than 30 days and the other four homes that were listed in the month of January and are not selling at their current price.          

Last month, three homes sold in Rosedale. The highest selling home featured a detached 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom property on Maple  Avenue. It occupies a 48 x 136.32-foot lot with a private driveway and 3 detached garages  and it sold for $4,000,000, which is 93% of its asking price. 

Entry into the Rosedale market now requires buyers to spend at least $4,000,000 for a semi-detached home and $2,590,000 for semi-detached homes. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
