As of November 7th, 2018, there are 5 homes available in the Chaplin Estates area, ranging in price from $1,299,000 for a detached home on Berwick Avenue (13 days on the market) to $3,398,000 for a detached home on Chaplin Crescent (23 days on the market).
Last month, five detached homes sold in Chaplin Estates.
