February 2020 saw only one bungalow home sale. It was a detached 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on a 25 x 125-foot lot with a right-of-way drive and garage on Tilson Road. It was on the market for eight days and sold for $1,581,000 which was 122% of the asking price.
So far in 2020, we have seen only one bungalow home sale! As of March 4, 2020, there is not a single bungalow home available on the market in the Davisville Village area.
