DAVISVILLE BOUNCES BACK THIS SPRING
Thirteen homes sold in Davisville Village this April, including seven detached and five semi-detached properties.
The average sale price was $1,627,770, showing a 12.6% drop compared to April 2024’s average of $1,861,692.
Eight of these homes sold at or above their asking price, making up 62% of the total sales.
The highest sale was a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 25 x 125-foot lot on Belsize Dr. It sold for $2,310,000 which was 93% of the asking price with 15 days on the market.
The second-highest sale was a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom semi-detached on a 25 x 125-foot lot on Millwood Rd, which sold for $2,028,516—123% of the asking price—after just six days on the market.
As of May 1st, there are 23 homes for sale in Davisville, ranging in price from $1,150,000 for a semi-detached on Forsyth Rd (3 DOM) to $4,188,000 for a detached home on Soudan Ave (24 DOM).
