As of August 8, 2023, there are twenty homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $2,995,000.00 for a detached home on Blythwood Road (66 days on the market) to $14,680,000 for a detached home on Lewes Crescent (37 days on the market).
This includes the two homes that have been listed for more than 30 days and the one home that was listed in the month of July and has yet to sell for their current list price.
