As of July 7, 2020, there are seven homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $1,289,900 for a semi-detached home on Mount Pleasant Road (33 days on the market) to $5,995,000 for a detached home on Rosedale Heights Drive (36 days on the market).

Last month, six homes sold in Moore Park, all were detached homes. The average time to sell a home was nine days. The home on Rose Park Drive sold a day after it was listed, while the longest lasted 23 days. This doesn't include the four homes that have been listed for more than 30 days or the three homes that were listed in the month of June and have yet to sell at its current listed price.

Three of the six homes sold at or above their listed price last month. June’s most valuable home sale was a detached 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home on a 50 x 143.5-foot lot with a private drive and garage on Glenrose Avenue. It sold for $5,240,000, which was 94% of the original listing price. It was followed by another detached home on Ridge Drive which sold for $2,850,000, or 98% of the asking price.

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend $2,300,000 for a semi-detached and at least $2,000,000
for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
