Moore Park Home SaleMoore Park Home Sales Statistics for November 2019 | Jethro Seymour, Top Toronto Real Estate Brokers Statistics for April 2020 | Jethro Seymour, Top Toronto Real Estate Broker

As of June 2, 2020, there are nine homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $1,985,000 for a detached home on Moore Avenue (1 day on the market) to $5,995,000 for a detached home on Rosedale Heights Drive (1 day on the market).

Last month, three homes sold in Moore Park, all were detached homes. The average time to sell a home was 16 days. The home on Rose Park Drive sold six days after it was listed, while the longest lasted 28 days. This doesn't include the two homes that have been listed for more than 30 days or the five homes that were listed in the month of May and have yet to sell at its current listed price.

Only one of the three homes sold at or above their listed price last month. May’s most valuable home sale was a detached 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home on a 48 x 205-foot lot with a private drive and garage on Ridge Drive. It sold for $3,805,000, which was 95% of the original listing price. It was followed by another detached home on Rose Park Drive which sold for $3,600,000, or 100% of the asking price.

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend $2,300,000 for a semi-detached and at least $2,100,000
for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
