Jethro gave me a valuation on my home about two years ago, and when I was ready to buy, he was the first person I reached out to. I’d been browsing listings online and found a place I liked; it turns out Jethro had actually sold that same property years earlier, so he knew the house inside out. Made the whole process straightforward. He negotiated well under asking on my behalf and got me a great deal. No pressure, no upselling, just solid advice and honest numbers at every step. He understood my situation and worked around it without making it a thing. I’ve worked with several realtors in the Davisville and Midtown area and all have been nice and professional, but Jethro’s knowledge and experience in the neighbourhood are unsurpassed and there’s no question he’s your best choice.
