These terms govern the sold prices, listing history and other MLS® listing information ("Listing Information") shown to registered members of this website, which Royal LePage Terrequity Seymour Real Estate, Brokerage ("the Brokerage") operates as a Virtual Office Website under the rules of PropTx Innovations Inc. and the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Our relationship. By registering you acknowledge entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with the Brokerage. This is not a representation agreement, it creates no obligation on you, and it costs nothing. Any agreement for the Brokerage to represent you in a purchase, sale or lease is a separate document, signed separately.
2. Your interest. You confirm that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate of the kind shown on this website, and that you are not a licensed real estate professional, a commercial user or acting for a business.
3. Personal use only. All Listing Information you obtain here is for your personal, non-commercial use in considering the purchase, sale or lease of an individual property.
4. No copying or sharing. You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, display, post, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any Listing Information, or use it except as these terms allow. In particular, you will not provide any Listing Information to any AI system or technology, or use any AI system or other technology to collect, store, reorganize, analyze, summarize or manipulate it.
5. No scraping. You will not scrape, screen-scrape, database-scrape, data-mine or otherwise collect, store, reorganize, summarize or manipulate any Listing Information.
6. Ownership. You acknowledge that PropTx Innovations Inc. and the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board own, and hold valid proprietary rights and copyright in, the MLS® database, the MLS® system and the Listing Information. The Listing Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx or the Board.
7. Compliance checks. You authorize PropTx, the Board, and their members and authorized representatives to access this website to verify compliance with the MLS® Rules and to monitor the display of listings.
8. Your account. Your email address is your username. Your password is valid for 90 days and must then be renewed. You will keep it confidential. You will be signed out after 60 minutes without activity. We keep a record of your name, email address, username, password dates and your activity on the website, and may provide it to PropTx or the Board if they have reason to believe a breach of security or of the MLS® Rules has occurred, as our privacy policy explains.
9. Changes. PropTx may change the rules that govern these terms. When these terms change you will be asked to accept the new version before seeing Listing Information again.
