Chaplin Estates Home Sales Statistics for April 2020 | Jethro Seymour, Top Toronto Real Estate Broker

As of January 31, 2023, there are six homes available in the Chaplin Estates area, ranging in price from $1,738,000 for a duplex on Hillsdale Avenue West (20 days on the market) to $3,880,000 for a detached home on Colin Avenue (14 days on the market). This includes the single home that has been listed for more than 30 days and the five homes that were listed in the month of January and are not selling at their current prices.

Last month,  only one home sold in Chaplin Estates.  It was a detached 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home on a 60 x 130-foot lot with a private drive and detached garage on Oriole Parkway. It sold for $4,650,307, or 95% of the original listing price. It sold 114 days after it was listed. 

Entry into the Chaplin Estates market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,000,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory persists as a driver of competitive bidding.
