Davisville Home Prices Down Almost 20%
17 homes sold in Davisville Village this May, including 10 detached and seven semi-detached properties.
The average sale price was $1,720,000 showing a significant 19.8% drop compared to May 2024’s average of $2,143,524.
Nine of these homes sold at or above their asking price, making up 53% of the total sales.
The highest sale was a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 32 x 150-foot lot on Marmot St. It sold for $2,695,000 which was 117% of the asking price with 7 days on the market.
The second-highest sale was a 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom detached on a 22 x 145-foot lot on Balliol St, which sold for $2,480,000—96% of the asking price—after 15 days on the market.
