As of June 1, 2023, there are only seven homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $1,899,900 for a detached home in Rose Park Drive (9 days on the market) to $7,199,000  for a detached home in Harper Avenue (8 days on the market).

Last month, ten homes were sold in Moore Park, 9 were detached homes, and 1 Triplex. Five of them were sold above their initial asking prices. Last month's most valuable home sale was a detached 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home located on Welland Avenue. It sits on a 40.4 x 120.89-foot lot and features a private driveway and a 1-car detached garage. It sold for $4,995,000, or 100% of the original listing price. This was followed by a detached on Hudson Drive which sold for $3,555,000 or 96% of the initial listing price. 

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,050,000 for a detached home and $1,350,000 for a semi-detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
