As of March 8, 2023, there are 11 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, ranging in price from $2,885,000 for a duplex on Glen Road (19 days on the market) to $16,595,000 for a detached home on Castle Frank Road (176 days on the market). This includes the five homes that have been listed for more than 30 days and the other five homes that were listed in the month of January and are not selling at their current prices.

Last month,  only three homes were sold in Rosedale - one detached, one semi-detached, and a triplex home. The detached home was a 3-bedroom home sold at $4,435,000 or 99% of its asking price and was only 3 days in the market. The semi-detached home was a 5-Bedroom sold at $4,500,000 or 94% of its asking price and was 17 days in the market. Lastly, the triplex sold home was a 6-bedroom sold at $3,895,000 or 97% of its asking price and was only 9 days in the market

Entry into the Rosedale market now requires buyers to spend at least $6,500,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
