As of December 7th, 2018, there are 11 homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $1,650,000 for a duplex home on Lawrence Avenue East (66 days on the market) to $5,999,000 for a detached home on St. Leonard’s Avenue (31 days on the market).
Last month, four properties changed hands in Lawrence Park. All four featured detached homes.
