The average sale price was $2,480,000, reflecting a 28.7% increase compared to January 2024’s average of $1,927,000.
The highest sale was a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 50 x 247-foot lot on Bennington Heights Dr, which sold for $3,295,000 or 97% of the asking price with 81 days on the market.
The second-highest is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom detached on Rykert Cres and sold for $2,495,000, which is 100% of the asking price after just a day on the market.
As of February 1st, there are 16 homes for sale in Leaside ranging in price from $1,498,000 for a semi-detached home on Eglinton Ave E (11 DOM) to $4,880,000 for a detached on Broadway Ave (68 DOM).
