Home sales increased in Davisville Village
Last October’s sales were slow, but significantly increased compared to 2016. Eighteen homes changed hands in Davisville Village in October, which was a 200% increase in home sales over six last year. There were seven detached home sales in October, representing a 600% increase from only one sale last year. The average dollar values of all October home values increased to $1,462,445, which is a 16.6% increase over last October 2016’s numbers.
The average value of 2017’s year-to-date 158 homes rose by 15.3% or $1,628,094 compared to the 137 homes that sold in the first 10 months of 2016 for $1,391,209. The 89 detached homes saw a 36.9% gain in average value over detached homes that traded in the first 10 months of 2016.
