As of September 6th, 2018, there are eight homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $1,699,000 for a detached home on Lawrence Avenue East (59 days on the market) to $8,895,000 for a detached home on Blyth Hill Road (129 days on the market).
Last month, only one detached home sold in Lawrence Park. This doesn't include the two homes that have been listed for more than 30 days. The home sold was a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home on a 50 x 150-foot lot on St. Leonard's Avenue, with a private drive and garage, and was sold at its listed price a day after it was listed. It sold for $3,750,000.
Entry into the Lawrence Park market now requires buyers to spend over $1,900,000 dollars. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory still continues to drive bidding on homes.
