A 60% decrease in homes sold was recorded for the month of March in Lawrence Park. From March 2017’s 5 detached home sales, only two detached were sold within the same month this year. The average dollar value of the two homes also dropped 26.2% to $2,537,500 compared to last year’s $3,437,360. No semis were sold in Lawrence Park in the last month.
