Home sales have decreased in Davisville Village
Eight homes changed hands in the neighbourhood last February, which is 27.3% drop in home sales from last year. Seven of these were detached homes and sold for an average dollar value of $1,795,296, a 17.3% decrease from the past year’s $2,170,557. One semi was sold in the neighbourhood for $1,050,000.
2018’s 11 homes were down 9.4% to $1,740,552, compared to the 18 homes that sold in the first two months of 2017.The average detached home value also declined from last year’s $2,132,652 to $1,809,608 in 2018, representing a 15.1% decline. Keep in mind these figures are only for the first two months of the year.
