As of August 3rd, 2018, there are 3 homes available in the Moore Park (part of C09) area, ranging in price from $1,450,000 (59 days on the market) for a duplex on Mount Pleasant Road to $3,850,000 (79 days on the market) for a detached home on Rosedale Heights Drive.
Last month, only one home sold in Moore Park, which was a detached 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on a 30 x 80-foot lot. It sold for $1,510,000 or 96% of the asking price and sold 42 days after it was listed. This doesn't include the 3 homes that have been listed for more than 30 days.
Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend over $1,600,000 for either a semi-detached or detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory still continues to drive bidding on homes.
