Canadians’ Faith In Real Estate Fizzles As Toronto Sales Plunge
Canadians’ confidence melts down due to evidence of slowdowns in the Toronto area, where is Canada’s largest housing market.
According to the Bloomberg, Nanos consumer confidence barometer since they started survey in 2008, they were expecting house prices to increase in the upcoming six months but it fell to 45.8 percent from a high record of 50.1 percent just three weeks prior.

Vancouver remains third least affordable global city: Demographia
For the third year in a row, Vancouver has ranked as the third least affordable city in the world in a Demographia report that analyzes home prices in nine countries around the world: Canada, the United States, Australia, China (Hong Kong), the United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand and Singapore.
