According to ET Realty, Canadian new homes "rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 222,771 starts in October, bucking expectations for a decline to a 210,000 annual rate."

Foreign buyers overlooking Vancouver, heading to Seattle at 'frenetic' pace
According to CBC News, "Seattle hasn't historically been known as a hotbed for foreign investment, but real estate experts say that home sales there have seen a dramatic shift upward since Vancouver brought in a foreign buyers tax."
