As of April 5, 2024, there are eight homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $3,988,000 for a detached home on Strathgowan Cres (91 days on the market) to $6,995,000 for a detached home on Glengowan Rd (2 days on the market).
These include the three homes that have been listed for more than 30 days and three homes that were listed in the month of March and have yet to sell for their current list price.
