As of August, there are 19 homes available in the Lawrence Park area, ranging in price from $1,950,000 for a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom detached home on Lawrence Ave E (48 days on the market) to $10,957,000 for a 5-bedroom, 9-bathroom detached home on Stratheden Rd (23 days on the market).Â
These include the 10 homes that have been listed for more than 30 days and 15 homes that were listed in the month of July and have yet to sell for their current list price.
