As of April 1st, there are 13 homes available in Lawrence Park, ranging in price from $2,700,000 for a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom detached home on Dawlish Ave (144 days on the market) to $9,990,000  for a 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom detached home on the same street  (542 days on the market).Â
