LEASIDE’S HOUSING INVENTORY ON THE RISE
Leaside welcomed spring with 14 homes sold in April consisting of 13 detached properties.
The average sale price was $2,533,429, reflecting a 3% decrease compared to April 2024 average of $2,610,594.
The highest sale was a 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home on a 33 x 120-foot lot on Sutherland Dr, which sold for $4,225,000 or 106% of the asking price with just two days on the market.
The second-highest is a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom detached on Broadway Ave and sold for $3,518,000, which is 95% of the asking price after 44 days on the market.
As of May 1st, 45 homes are currently listed for sale in Leaside, ranging in price from $1,229,000 for a semi-detached home on Glenbrae Ave (9 DOM) to $9,000,000 on Douglas Cres (9 DOM).
