LEASIDE REAL ESTATE SCENE HEATS UP
In Leaside, eight detached homes sold in February.
The average sale price was $3,034,477, reflecting a 23.3% increase compared to February’s 2024’s average of $2,460,500.
The highest but longest sale was a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 35 x 125-foot lot on Donlea Dr, which sold for $3,935,000 or 95% of the asking price with 49 days on the market.
The second-highest is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom detached on Hanna Rd and sold for $3,400,000, which is 99% of the asking price after just four days on the market.
As of March 1st, there are 16 homes for sale in Leaside ranging in price from $1,448,000 for a semi-detached home on Eglinton Ave E (40 DOM) to $5,495,000 for a detached on Douglas Cres (28 DOM).
