As of March 1, 2022, there are four homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $3,599,000 for a multiplex on St Clair Avenue East (7 days on the market) to $7,500,000 for a detached home on Inglewood Drive (98 days on the market).
Last month, only one home sold in Moore Park and it sold six days after it was listed. It was a detached 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home on a 48.26 x 120-foot lot with a private drive and detached garage on Inglewood Drive. It sold for $5,206,000 which was 118% of the asking price.
Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,000,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
