There is no cost to the referring lawyer. Standard real estate commission applies to the estate transaction itself. You stay as the client's lawyer throughout.

Will Seymour Real Estate contact my client directly without my knowledge?

No. We do not make direct contact with your client without your knowledge. You remain in control of the client relationship throughout the transaction.
