As of June 1st, there are 41 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $2,395,000 for a detached property on Standish Ave (listed for 116 days) to $19,995,000 for a detached home on Beaumont Rd (listed for 255 days). These include 25 homes listed for more than 30 days and 16 homes listed in June that are not selling at their current price.Â
Last month, five homes sold in Rosedale. The highest-selling home was a detached 4-bedroom, 8-bathroom property on Thornwood Rd on a 70 x 162-foot lot and sold for a whopping $16,180,340, which is 86% of its asking price after 34 days on the market.
Entry into the Rosedale market now requires buyers to spend at least $3,200,000 for a semi-detached and $2,300,000 for a detached home.
