As of March 1, 2022, there are 13 homes on the market in the Leaside (C11) area, ranging in price from $999,000 for a semi-detached home on  Rumsey Road (3 days on the market) to $4,500,000 for a detached home on True Davidson Drive (14 days on the market).

Last month, Leaside properties sold at an average of eight days after listing. A Beaufield Avenue home sold four days after it was listed, while the longest remained on the market for 25 days. Ten of the 12 February home sales sold at or above their initial asking prices. The highest selling Leaside transaction of the month featured a detached 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 44.67 x 125-foot lot with a private drive and attached garage on Divadale Drive. It sold for $3,804,000 which was 127% of the asking price. This was followed by another detached home on Glenvale Boulevard which sold for $3,582,000 which was 106% of the initial listing price.

Entry into the Leaside market now requires buyers to spend  $1,800,000 for a semi-detached home and at least $2,200,000 for a detached home.
