As of January 5, 2024, there are only three homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $3,379,000  for a detached home in  Welland Avenue (107 days on the market) to$5,495,000 for a detached home in Inglewood Drive (60 days on the market).

Last month, only one home was sold in Moore Park. The only home sold was a semi-detached 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom property on St. Clair Avenue. It occupies a 23.03 x 144.52-foot lot with a right of way for parking space  and it sold for $1,777,000 , which is 99% of its asking price. 

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,050,000 for a detached home and $1,350,000 for a semi-detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
