Rosedale Home Sales Statistics for April 2020 | Jethro Seymour, Top Toronto Real Estate Broker

As of April 5, 2024, there are 14 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $2,488,000 for a detached property on Standish Ave (listed for 34 days) to $16,900,000 for a detached home on Chestnut Park Road (listed for 15 days). These include nine homes listed for more than 30 days and three homes listed in March that are not selling at their current price.

Last month, six homes sold in Rosedale. The highest-selling home was a detached 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom property on Roxborough E. Situated on a 70 x 120-foot lot with a private driveway and attached garage, it sold for $6,500,000, which is 93% of its asking price after 117 days on the market.

Entry into the Rosedale market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,400,000 for a detached home and $2,600,000 for semi-detached homes. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
