As of July 1st, there are 44 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $2,395,000 for a detached property on Standish Ave (listed for 133 days) to $17,800,000--almost a $2.2 million price reduction from $19,995,000--for a detached home on Beaumont Rd (listed for 282 days). These include 25 homes listed for more than 30 days and 18 homes listed in July that are not selling at their current price.
Last month, 8 homes sold in Rosedale. The highest-selling home was a detached 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom property on Hudson Dr on a 50 x 131-foot lot and sold for $6,025,000 which is 99% of its asking price after a quick 3 days on the market.
