As of November 1st, there are 45 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $1,759,000 for a semi-detached property on Glen Rd (72 DOM) to $18,500,000 for a detached home on Thornwood Rd (49 DOM).
These include 28 homes listed for more than 30 days and 17 homes listed in October that are not selling at their current price.
Last month, 6 homes sold in Rosedale. The highest-selling home was a 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom detached property on a 63 x 134-foot lot on Chestnut Park Rd and sold for $12,200,000 which is 71% of its original list price after being listed three times with two price changes and a total of 260 days on the market.
