DECEMBER MARKET HOLDS FIRM IN DAVISVILLE
Davisville closed December with 5 homes sold. The sales included 2 detached and 3 semi-detached homes, with 60% selling at or above the listing price.
Average home prices dropped to $1,406,200--a 5.6% decrease from $1,489,286 last December.

The highest sale was a historic 3-bedroom, 4-bath detached home on a 22 × 144-foot lot on Hillsdale Ave E with a Greenbelt view. The property sold for $1,815,000—91% of its list price—with 26 days on the market.
