SEMI-DETACHED HOMES LEAD DAVISVILLE’S SEPTEMBER SALES
More semi-detached homes continue to sell in Davisville, surpassing detached home sales, with 5 out of 8 sold in September compared to just 2 detached.
Average home prices rose slightly to $1,787,750, up 1.4% from last September’s average of $1,763,143.
The highest sale was a newly built 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom detached on a 25 x 125-foot lot on Belsize Dr, which sold for $3,150,000—93% of its original price—after being listed twice and spending 48 days on the market.
The second-highest sale was a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom semi-detached on Soudan Ave, which sold for $2,185,000—99% of the list price—after just 4 days on the market.
As of October 1st, 19 homes are for sale in Davisville, ranging in price from $1,199,000 for a detached bungalow on Whitewood Rd (49 DOM) to $3,999,000 for a relisted detached on Hoyle Ave (70 DOM).
