LEASIDE SEES INCREASED ACTIVITY THIS SEPTEMBER
Leaside sales improved in September with 8 homes sold—7 detached and 1 semi—with 50% closing at or above the listing price.
The average sale price was $2,400,750, a 4% decrease compared to September 2024 average of $2,499,929.
The highest sale was a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached on True Davidson Dr, sitting on a 40 x 127-foot lot. It sold for $3,156,000—$6,000 above the relisted price—after 91 days on the market.
The second-highest sale was a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached on a 35 x 134-foot lot on Tanager Ave, which sold for $3,100,000—98% of the list price—after a quick 2 days on the market.
