As of April 5, 2024, there are five homes available in the Moore Park area, with prices ranging from $2,398,000 for a detached home on Heath E (4 days on the market) to $6,595,000 for a detached home in Inglewood (48 days on the market).

Last month, two detached homes sold in Moore Park. The highest-selling was a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property on St Clair E. It sits on a 30 x 143-foot lot with a mutual driveway and detached garage, selling for $2,395,000, which is 100% of its asking price with just 14 days on the market. The second was a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on a 22.08 x 110-foot lot in Inglewood with a driveway selling for $1,850,000--109% above asking price and 97 days on the market.

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,300,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to search for homes in midtown while low inventory remains the main driver of competitive bidding.
