As of January 1st, there are 6 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $1,759,000 for a relisted semi-detached property on Glen Rd (107 DOM) to $18,500,000 for a detached home on Thornwood Rd (84 DOM).
