Moore Park Home Sales Statistics for April 2019 | Jethro Seymour, Top Toronto Real Estate Broker

As of May 13, 2019, there are 12 homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $1,618,000 for a semi-detached home on Moore Avenue (216 days on the market) to $4,699,000 for a detached home on Rose Park Drive (5 days on the market).

Last month, nine homes sold in Moore Park, all were detached homes. The average time to sell a home was 6 days. The home on Glenrose Avenue sold one day after it was listed, while the longest lasted 13 days. This doesn't include the three homes that have been listed for more than 30 days or the other three homes that were listed in the month of April and are not selling at their current listed prices.

Five of the April home sales sold at or above their listed price. Last month’s most valuable home sale was a detached 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home on 40 x 125-foot lot with a private drive and garage on Garfield Avenue. It sold for $4,200,000, or 98% of the original listing price. It was followed by the Glenrose Avenue home which sold for $3,750,000,  or 100% of the asking price. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory persists as a driver of competitive bidding.
