Toronto Is One Of The Worst North American Cities For Affordable Housing
We always knew Toronto had one of the most expensive housing markets in Canada, but turns out, it’s also one of the least affordable cities to own a home in North America.
Toronto came in at No. 11 on Zoocasa’s housing affordability ranking of 35 North American cities. The markets were listed from least to most affordable.
Home prices in Hamilton-Burlington climb above $575,000
The average price of a home in Hamilton and Burlington continues to climb.
The Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) says the average price of homes sold in March was $575,099, up 4.9 per cent from March of last year.
