DAVISVILLE SEES SIGNIFICANT SALES UPTICK FROM LAST YEAR
Davisville recorded 10 home sales this November, up from just one during the same month last year.
The sales included 4 detached and 6 semi-detached homes, with 60% selling at or above the listing price.
Average home prices rose to $1,627,500--a 20.6% increase from $1,350,000 last November.

The highest sale was a custom-built 3-bedroom, 4-bath detached home on a 29 × 127-foot lot on Belsize Dr. It sold for $2,775,000—about 84% of its original list price—after three listings, one price drop, and a total of 89 days on the market.
The second-highest sale was a 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom detached on a 25 x 113-ft lot on Carey Rd, which sold for $2,200,000 or 110% of the listing price after a quick 5 days on the market.
As of December 1st, 14 homes are for sale in Davisville, ranging from $998,000 for a price-reduced semi-detached on Petman Ave (11 DOM) to $2,350,000 for a multiplex on Manor Rd E (209 DOM) that’s now on its fourth listing.
