NOVEMBER HOME SALES UP IN LEASIDE DESPITE COOLING
Leaside ended November with 11 homes sold comprising 9 detached and 2 semi-detached homes.
The average sale price rose 1.6% year over year, reaching $2,453,182, up from $2,415,182 in November of last year.
The highest sale was a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom detached sitting on a 37 x 121-foot lot on Bessborough Dr. It sold for $3,905,000—106% of the listing price after just 2 days on the market.
Another quick sale and the second-highest was a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached on a 54 x 121-foot lot on True Davidson Dr, which sold for $3,080,000—just $15,000 below the original listing price with 9 days on the market.
As of December 1st, 34 homes are currently listed for sale in Leaside, ranging in price from $997,000 for a semi detached on Seton Park Rd (27 DOM) to $6,398,000 for a detached on Heath St E (11 DOM).
