LEASIDE SEES INCREASED ACTIVITY THIS OCTOBER
Leaside bounces back and enters a seller’s market with 19 homes sold--15 detached and 4 semi-detached.
Home prices saw a notable 14.2% decrease, with the average sale price dropping to $2,054,316, down from $2,393,072 in October 2024.

The highest sale was a 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom detached on Randolph Rd, sitting on a 30 x 130-foot lot. It sold for $3,450,000—80% of the original listing price after being listed thrice with a total of 148 days on the market.
The second-highest sale was a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom detached on a 35 x 135-foot lot on Donlea Dr, which sold for $3,270,000—89% of the original list price—after a long 223 days on the market.
As of November 1st, 35 homes are currently listed for sale in Leaside, ranging in price from $1,049,000 for a relisted semi on Eglinton Ave E (27 DOM) to $5,995,000 for a relisted detached on Bennington Heights Dr.
